The observation/feedback process is a great opportunity for supervisors to directly assist in the professional development of staff in a positive manner. This full-day workshop will cover how to utilize the On-Site Feedback Form, provide feedback, and develop professional development goals and strategies. There will also be time to practice observation and feedback techniques, discuss challenges as they pertain to facilitator competency, and network with other supervisors in the field.

Teen Outreach Program (TOP) Training of Facilitators

The purpose of the TOP Training of Facilitators (TOF) is to increase participants' understanding of TOP's approach, including high quality facilitation techniques. Participants who successfully complete the TOF will be eligible to facilitate Wyman's Teen Outreach Program in their communities.

TOE: Project AIM

Project AIM is a positive youth development intervention to reduce sexual risk behavior among middle school age youth. This 2-day training of educators (TOE) is open only to, and is required for, providers who are currently contracted to implement Project AIM.
