Abstract:

This staff development training course was designed as a part of a Cooperative Agreement between Families 4-H and Nutrition, Cooperative States Research, Education, and Extension Service and the U.S. Army Community and Family Support Center, Child and Youth Services. The purpose of this training is to prepare Extension 4-H Youth Program Staff and U.S. Army School-Age and Teen Program staff to implement a comprehensive initiative which fosters positive growth and dvelopment for youth in counities across the U.S. and on Army installations worldwide, through programs addressing 4-H Life Skills and Army Service Areas.
